Fantastic Beast and Where To Find Them

          Magic is everywhere, it is not only in the world of witch and wizards or sorcerers. It is now coming to life in our human world and also known as the Muggle World for them. Creatures that haunts us in our dreams might not just be only in our dreams but may also be real as some says that our spirits will go to another dimension that we never realise or we may not be able to believe.  

          Starring Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander in the new movie "Fantastic Beast and Where To Find Them". It is a story wrote by our famous author J.K.Rowling who also wrote the whole series of  the famous novel "Harry Potter". Harry Potter was one of my favourite stories since I was a small girl.

         Since the movie for Harry Potter ended, I was so sad that there will be no more magic in my life anymore. But then there was a new continued series, "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child", I was just so excited as anyone else. Then through YouTube I found out there's another work from J.K.Rowling which is this story and is going to be in cinemas soon! So welcome back to the wizarding world, the world of magic! 

          Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is a book written by a British author named J.K.Rowling (as you have already known) in the year 2001. It purports to be Harry Potter's copy of the textbook of the same name mentioned in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (published as Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone in the US), the first ever novel of the Harry Potter Series. Inside it includes several notes supposedly handwritten by Harry, Ron Weasley and Hermoine Granger, detailing their own experiences with some of the beasts described.

          Fantastic Beats purports to be a reproduction of a textbook owned by Harry Potter and written by magizoologist Newt Scamander which was also one of the characters that was in the fictional Harry Potter series. Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them contains the history of Magizoology and describes 85 magical species found around the world.

Ghost Museum

Penang Ghost Museum is a fun, scary and interesting place. It is a great place to let us learn more about the different cultures of ghost tales in different countries. The tales starts from our local Malaysian tales from Malay tales to Chinese tales. Then we will travel around to a few countries like Egypt to meet the all mighty Cleopatra and then set sail along with the pirates to their mysterious hideouts. 

                The Chinese has a tale about the Chinese zombies which are called JiangShi. A JiangShi which is also known as the chinese "hopping" vampire, ghost or zombies. It is a type of reanimated corpse in chinese folklore. It is typically depicted as a stiff corpse that is dressed in official garments from the Qing Dynasty and it moves around not by walking or running but then by hopping with their hand straight up 90 degree from their bodies. 

              Next there are also Malay myths about a black mysterious creature appearing in the nights on the ceiling of their houses. They say that these are called as Orang Minyak which is also literally known as the Oily Man in English. Orang Minyak is a man that is naked and dresses himself in black oil and was a man who was cursed in an attempt to win back his love with dark magic. He was offered by a devil and in return he must worship the devil by rapping 21 virgins in a week.

              Furthermore there are also ghost from Japan and also Vampires. Just to not spoil the fun, how about just head out there and explore more for yourselves. I promise you would not regret by taking a trip there. Here are the prices and information that you may need to go there.

Please take note that I'm not helping them to advertise this but just with my experience that I feel that it's a very fun and interesting place and just wanted to share to all of you out there if you're a fan for ghost and ghouls. The price is quite reasonable for me as with a student card you only need RM10 to enter and enjoy and also play with the props that are supplied in there. So I hope you guys enjoy!

Chapter 1: Dawns Of The Future

                As blur my vision was, the sky was misty. The particles of the sun started bombarding the free mobile miniature lives in the sky. I was on my way home getting ready to start another day after a whole night trying to get rid of the things in my mind. It was getting tougher and tougher every day since I started to accept this job. My head was spinning, my legs unbalanced. How am I able to continue with this? It's only been four months. How can I live my life in this world that's full of unfairness and darkness that flows in everyone I meet? Isn’t there still any hope in this world? Is there anyone out there that still can bring light back to this dark scary world? I hope I’ll find the answer to that soon... …

            I’m a freshly graduated tourism students that just wants to travel and know the world a little more. I just wanted to travel the world and see more things that hasn’t be found by anybody else. But it seems that the world isn’t the world that I knew before. Before graduating, I only thought that it was all about traveling the world, just to see more and explore the world like no one has ever done. People says that it’s a small world out there, but then now I feel that it’s already a big world in here. No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn’t get out of the box which I was not meant to be in. The only job that was offered to me was tourism marketing, which sucks in a way that I almost failed for this subject before this.

            Okay, so stop talking about me and back to the story.  

            It was a misty dawn, and you know what continues that. I was on my way home just walking back after drinking the whole night with a bunch of friends. The path usually was quite short for me from my house to the bar. But then that morning it seemed to be a very long way. I walked as if I were floating on air that I couldn’t feel my feet and kept banging on walls or street lamps. The colour of the sky was special that night as if it is laughing at my failure in my life. It was green in colour and with purplish red aurora. It wasn’t possible to have aurora here, but then I was already floating so there was nothing impossible for me by then.

            While walking down the stone path that leads to my house, suddenly I saw some clowns selling colorful balloons. Was there a party near my house? I ignored that and continued to walk back to my home. But then when I passed by the cart, the clown suddenly turned to face me. When I turned to gesture him I saw his face, the face of THE KILLER CLOWN! How can this be?! A killer clown in front of me!! I was terrified and then looking at the back of him there were more creatures. They weren’t humans, not ordinary humans.

            The first one in front of the whole group was a teddy bear the size as big as a human. Initially I always thought that teddy bears were very cute, but then when I saw this I couldn’t imagine of having a teddy bear in my room ever again. One of its ears had already been ripped off in halves hanging on the right side of its head. Its eyes were not tiny and cute but were big monstrous red eyes. In its hand was a big M2000 rifle swinging. Behind him there was a pair of the invisible twins wrapped in blood stained white bandages. Then there two more creatures that made me very sure that those are not humans as they were flying in the sky. They looked like grasshoppers but the size of them were ten times, No! twenty times bigger than a normal grasshopper!

            I was so shocked I almost couldn’t move. Then the sound of thunder shocked me and I quickly ran as fast as I could back to my house. It was a nightmare and I had a feeling knowing that this would be a never ending nightmare. A nightmare that I would never ever get out from.
